Hygiene protocols fully abide by our team members. Cleaning and maintenance department use cleaning products and disinfecting protocols against viruses including COVID-19. All suites and apartments are cleaned and disinfected before check in. Extra attention is paid in high-touch spots. Maid service and linen change is provided upon request and during the absence of the guest. Disinfectant dispensers are placed in all rooms.
Common Spaces
Public spaces cleaning is being significantly increased in frequency. Disinfection protocols also apply in all public spaces with focus on public showers, door handles, reception desk, room keys, outdoor furniture. Disinfectant dispensers are placed in all common areas. Furniture layout has been adapted to social distancing terms in all public areas.
